“Why is everyone out here? What are they all looking at?”
“The seals, look.” Henry pointed beyond the immaculate lawns of the golf course, toward the sea. “There are thousands of them!”
She followed the length of the boy’s arm. Seals—not in the thousands, more like sixty or so—scattered the shorelines and surrounding rocks. All barking, clapping, seemingly facing toward the.... Lighthouse?
