It's been a while...but I'm back! Big squeezy hugs to all you sixers and everyone who has dropped by to read my addition to Six Sentence Sunday! I'm really looking forward to diving in and seeing what you've all been working on.

Fresh from the editing cave, here's a snippet from Sweet irish Kisses #1 which at present does not have a title. Those of you who know my work will remember Devlin McKinney; he is the crass one from Sweet irish Kiss, my 1st 1NS book.

“This is all da couples counseling ya need.” Devlin slammed two Irish Kisses-a baileys based cocktail-between the bickering couple. “Anyone would think ya been married for years, so they would. Surely if ya just stop for a minute, ya'll—” Shaun scowled his way. “It's just a drink, no need to stare at me as if I've booked a church and reception for ya!”

Shaun Bell has stopped by...come drool, erm, I mean say hello!

It's been long since known that my inspiration for Shaun Bell in Sweet Irish Kiss came directly from the gorgeous Farrell, that sexy irishman who has dark eyes to die for, to get lost in, to give you that perfect come-to-bed wink. *sigh*

But Colin Farrell is also responsible for the absolute cheeky and crass Devlin McKinney, Shaun's bessie mate and full time bar-tender in Sweet Irish Kiss. Devlin's story is actually sitting on my computer, waiting for many rounds of edits and then it's fingers crossed that my editor still loves him as much as she did in Sweet Irish Kiss :)
Meantime, I thought I'd take my hat of to the man responsible for my Irish pub tales...so let's hear it for Colin Farrell.
