“I’m curious...” Ryker strutted toward her, his decadent hazel eyes set on her. As if time had zapped them back to the first time she had seen him, she struggled for air and a smart answer. He proceeded with his seduction by taking her glasses off. And, with a disregard only he could have, he sent them hurdling to the floor. He yanked her to him, the masterful touch whirling her into submission. She could feel his hard bulge hiding behind denim, and heat radiated between her legs. She forgot her train of thought. Oh yeah, his smile, I was thinking about his smile. A distant voice of reason screamed “no” in her head, yet her body screamed out “hell yes”. So far, it was neck and neck. But if things kept up, her body would win that battle. Ghetto blaster cue: “You Give Love a Bad Name” by Bon Jovi. No, skip that. Think about lame supermarket music, Sadie. Stay focused. Must. Keep. Legs. Closed.
Good luck with that Sadie! LOL Loosing battle, me thinks x
ReplyDeleteAfter he removed her specs' I reckoned he might have loosened her hair so it cascaded about her shoulders. Lol. Great hook thanks for the giggle.

That is one sexy hook! :)
ReplyDeleteI could feel the energy as he began his seduction and the way she felt virtually incapable of resisting. Great hook

ReplyDeleteHehe, it's just reminded me of those flashes of humour throughout - love it! :)
ReplyDeleteLove her inner turmoil, and I really don't know which way she's going to go!
ReplyDeleteI think it's too late to close the legs. :D Great hook!
ReplyDeleteHaha. Keep legs closed. Hm, I don't think I've ever come across such a dilemma. I just go with the flow. I hope she does the same ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the "decadent hazel" eyes.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha! I too think she's losing the battle! Great hook!
